Hostería El Copihue was founded in September of 1956 by Federico Kubierschky T. and his wife Hedwig Heitkamp W. with a small dining room with eight tables, eight rooms for lodgers, and a small pool.

Nowadays, his wife, child and grandchildren continue the path started by their grandparents, always with the aim of doing better. They are constantly working on important remodeling, modernization and improvement projects.

We feel happy, proud and thankful for the many people that have accompanied us and that have recommended us to others throughout all these years. We also are thankful to all those who have day to day become part of our great family of friends and clients.
